TC Management & Services LLC is an independent operating vehicle for international trade and advisory mandates. We work where a transaction needs a coordinating party: identifying and approaching counterparties, aligning commercial terms, preparing and reviewing documentation, running preparatory due diligence and supervising execution through to settlement across multiple jurisdictions.
We act for our own account and under direct mandate. We do not hold client funds, do not process payments for third parties and do not place securities or investment products. Every mandate is onboarded under documented KYC, beneficial-owner and sanctions screening procedures before any engagement starts.
